Excellent hotel option in Medellin. The neighborhood is safe and you can easily access commercial areas. The rooms are comfortable and clean. What I enjoyed the most is the staff’s friendliness. Always there to help with a smile. Just like everyone in Medellin: generous, polite and friendly. I highly recommend Eco Hub.

I like that it was new and modern you can safely walk around . The staff is very friendly and attentive but If you have a light sleep this may not be the right place to stay , you can listen to all the party around and buses that go around at midnight. Also the hotel is working on their terrace.

Very stylish and well designed. Did like the room but it lacks a coffee machine, a welcome snack or other personal attention. Taking a shower has been a freezing experience after midnight. For the rest this Hotel teams up with the big boys. Breakfast in this Hotel is amazing

Everything was perfeect The cleanliness was definitely a step above what you expect. The staff was awesome. When I first came into my room and saw a small kitchen but no refrigerator, they brought one within minutes. The only thing missing is some writing material in the room and a small gym would be nice too

We had a positive experience with Ecohub and found their staff members amicable. It's always great when customer service is friendly and helpful. Ecohub is an environmental organization that focuses on promoting sustainability and eco-friendly practices. They may offer various services or initiatives related to waste management, recycling, renewable energy, or other environmental causes

Great Value

Great value in a great location. Service was excellent. My room, 412 was large with a small fridge. I recommend it for those two reasons. But beware of street noises in early morning….garbage trucks, etc. since this room faces the street. Breakfast was just ok but plentiful. I had some mechanical issues …..dead batteries in the safe, disconnected pipe under the sink causing water flooding and faulty hair dryer. I didn’t report the dryer but the other issues were resolved very promptly and pleasantly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. You pretty much need to use Uber or taxi to get places. Not close enough to walk anywhere. I’d stay again and recommend it if you are looking for a very nice valued hotel.
