All reception staff were friendly and helpful. Reception was staffed at all times as the website claims. Very good location, close to many restaurants and Intendente metro station.

The room was clean but a little tight and the bathroom and shower isn’t too private in the room it’s made of a stained glass. The staff was really nice and gave us recommendations for nearby food and even ordered us a taxi to the airport. The area was my main concern it’s convenient because there’s a lot of nearby restaurants but a bit sketchy especially at night.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The entire place was spotless, and the rooms and lockers were secured with card access, which provided an added sense of safety. Its proximity to the metro station, along with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby, made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Very clean and affordable, walking distance to many attractions of interest. Staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in an 8 person dorm with shared bathroom and the facilities were very clean and safe. Rooms were set up so that each person also had privacy as well. Near restaurants and grocery shops, and metro.

The hostel was very central, extremely clean and the staff where the best I have ever encountered in all my travels. The first family room was a little tight, nowhere to hang clothes which was really inconvenient for three adults and no TV. The double room however was very cosy and we were very happy with this. The street where it was located was a little noisy.

We kind of not realised that it was a hostel, meaning shared bathrooms. But actually, this turned out quite OK. The bed was a bit small and hard, barely OK. Other than that, a great place to stay. Very friendly staff, nicely situated!

Can't ask for more (for this price).

The front desk had one or two staff 24/7. Bathroom was cleaned frequently and supply was never out. Common area was super neat. Card key secures everything, entrance, door, under-bed storage. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was neatly decorated.

One tiny pillow (the kind you get on the plane). Only one power outlet in the whole room (beds had USB when I didn't have a USD cable). 3 story beds. It wasn't terrible, but there was much better in Lisbon and yes, it does come down to the little details

Great hostel, great crew, great coffee.

Andrea... sweet and funny - thank you. A nice 2 nights stay, loved the view from my pod in room 302, bed 4. Very good coffee in the cafe. A small wish - please, it would be a gamechanger, if the check in time could be 9.30 pm at the latest. Very rough nights when travelers interrupt your sleep 1..2...3 times because of the late check in. But all in all a great place to stay in Lisbon, despite some noise from the square near by late in the evening. But earplugs can do the trick 😉

What was unique was something that all hostels should consider. 1 Key card for everything. From entering the hostel to the room to the locker for the room. The only negative that I see as far as this hostel is concerned is the lack of shelving while taking a shower in order to keep the clothes dry. (It is a shared bathroom and therefore you want to have a spot for your soiled clothes, new clothes, wallet and glasses)

Staff were remarkably helpful and friendly, notably Felipe on reception. Building was kept well maintained and scrupulously clean. Access to building, room and spacious personal locker via electronic key-card gave a real sense of security and a measure of privacy. The location was excellent, quiet but within metres of a main artery with the metro close by. What could help improve? I was in a shared room (2.02) on the second floor, and needed to use the toilet during the night. The room door was a tight fit, and needed a forceful slam in order to close it properly, probably disturbing the sleep of fellow-occupants. A carpenter could fix this in a few minutes. I had a very pleasant stay (three nights) and would very happily return.
