"Had a great stay, what made this hotel so good was the excellent staff, every songle one was happy, room was good and clean, breakfast was good, joe who worked the resteraunt was an outstanding member of staff, he when beyond to take care of all the customers, a true assett to this hotel, realy made my familys stay so enjoyable, location was good the only downside for us was the swimming pool being in the shade so was cold,, but this is the only negative from out 4 night stay,, thank you valia hotel and joe for a great stay.. "I loved our stay! The bed was the most comfortable bed I stayed in Thailand! The free boat shuttle to the icon Siam mall was great! The pool was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was great too! All the staff was so attentive and very pleasant! Thank you will stay again!"
