It's a good choice for families or travelers looking to stay in the zone. The staff at check-in was friendly, and the reception desk always answered any question I had. The breakfast options were decent: coffee or tea, fruit or juice, and eggs or chilaquiles. The restaurant staff was always nice, especially when dealing with a large group during rush hour. While the hotel had a few signs of age —particularly in the rooms—it was clean and confortable.

The free breakfast is a very limited selection, and the buffet is only available for an extra cost. Our son was excited about a pool and a hot tub, but neither were very well kept, and the hot tub did not work. There was a bathtub which we wanted, but there was not enough hot water to actually have a hot bath. The beds and the room were nice, but not for what I paid, could have stayed at a hotel without a pool or hot tub at a much lower price as we could not use these here anyway. Of course, that is just one opinion out of how many that others that share their opinions as well.

La peor experiencia , el elevador no servia tuvimos q subir escaleras en el cuarto estaba roto el tapón de la tina y la secadora no servía , lo único rescatable fue la alberca aunque no se q tenía que deja muy irritada la piel y los ojos (ardor en los ojos como si te salpicaran de limon) el desayuno q está incluido lo peor , un cafe frio , unos chilaquiles fríos y dos pedazos de fruta si quieres buffet te cobran extra los niños no les incluye desayuno y para terminar las carotas del personal 0 amables . Realmente por unos pesos más otro hotel aparte este ya está viejo en sus instalaciones
