A Wonderful Stay in Daxi

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed.

It’s very hard to find the place, we drove around several times until asking the township office. The front desk service is closed at 7:00pm, open at 8:00am, if you need something during the time they are closed, you could not find anyone to help, though they are nice in communication. Parking is difficult, far away from the hotel at a small lane. When we got there it was raining, after parking, we had to walk to the hotel with luggages, very inconvenient.

昨年以来２回目の利用（前回はagoda経由）。大渓バスターミナルに近い便利な宿。すぐそばのお菓子屋さんでパイナップルケーキなども買える。今回は３人での利用。前回とは異なる部屋。日本人の訪問が珍しいのだろう。こちらを覚えてくれていた。女性スタッフの接客が心地良い。男性は裏方に専念しているようだ。英語も多少通じる（ようになった？）。前回の宿泊で要領が掴めたこともあり、やりとりは短め。手を煩わせることは減った。ICカードのキーは長めにタッチしたほうが部屋の鍵は開きやすい。今回もゆとりのある明るい部屋。ただひとつ、今回困ったのが浴室。一番の問題は排水の悪さ。シャワーブースからお湯が外に漏れないかヒヤヒヤした。前回は感じなかったので、部屋によるものだろう。また、お湯の温度調整にも苦労した。浴室の居心地さえ改善してくれたら次回も安心して予約できるだろう。

櫃檯的服務人員很親切，入住後住宿房間也蠻舒服的，只可惜我們一進去房間後就開始呼吸道過敏，不停打噴嚏跟流鼻水，因為是翻開整理棉被時開始的，推測是塵蟎導致的過敏，過敏非常不舒服，症狀直至隔日退房後才停止。 早餐的服務人員有兩位，都沒什麼溫度或是笑容，甚至看到我背著兩個月大的孩子在8:45進餐廳時（早餐在9:00結束），制式化的直接提醒告知早餐9點結束，雖是善意提醒，但是面無表情的說出這句話，也沒有招呼或是聊天，觀感有點不舒服；並且，我當下預期不會影響到他們既定9點收拾、實際上我也並沒有delay到他們收餐的時間或是工作。

環境整潔非常好，且整體舒適明亮寬敞，有賓至如歸的感覺。當天比較晚入住，民宿的人很仔細地解釋該把車停哪、該怎麼前往民宿、以及該如何進入民宿，相當親切。對於小朋友們不小心打翻柳橙汁弄髒了被套覺得很抱歉，第一時間通知民宿的人，很快就派人來處理，早餐雖然因為疫情的關係不是自助式，但營養也是均衡。停車位需要提早預約。如果之後還要來玩的話一定會再入住！
