非常便利
1. 櫃臺服務人員溫和有禮、服務佳。
2. 地下停車場空間大、車位多。
3. 步行約10分鐘即可抵達臺東觀光夜市，非常便利。
4. 內處住宅區內，非常安靜。
5. 預訂住宿時有要求高樓層客房、房間超大，樓層非常安靜，無隔音不佳問題，直到第二天有團客入住同樓層，大哥大姐的音量較為大聲，但不是在休息時間，也還好。
6. 做為追熱氣球的我們來講，往回開也只要1小時，非常方便。
7. 開車到臺東市各景點也非常近。
8. 退房後直達屏東三地門也只要三小時，對於環島旅遊的我們是非常好的中繼點。
9. 美中不足的是蓮蓬頭有點老舊，水量足但都亂噴，建議檢修或換新。

很方便用心的旅館
雖然旅館本身比較老舊一些，而且床有點硬，但是所有的用品都很齊全、又有車位，服務人員親切，中式早餐很美味。所有的房間設計都很周到用心。如果是商務或者全家大小出遊，非常推薦

環境很安靜床很好睡，備用被有污點，浴缸看起來舊舊的，會有髒髒感覺。

Listing pictures do not represent the look, facilities or condition of this hotel at all. Hotel is quite old, not exactly dirty but wouldn't describe it as clean either. Location is ok, about 10 minutes from the train station by Taxi and 10 minutes from the beach by bike. Friendly staff and no charge use of hotel bicycles as a guest.

網站寫特大床，實際上只有標準床
雖然說比較老舊一點的飯店，但是房間清潔度是很好的，房間寬敞，雖然房中有一根柱子，但不影響，只是看中有特大床才訂的房型，實際入住後，才說全部都是標準床，既然如此訂一般家庭房就好，不必多花錢訂峇里房了，這裡的住宿內容也應該更改，不然有被騙的感覺

提供了舒適的休息空間
連假期間到該飯店住宿2晚，櫃台接待人員相當親切，詢問當地知名小吃與景點都很熱心的給建議。但飯店有一定的年紀是不爭的事實，除了房間內提供礦泉水外，每層樓都有桶裝飲用水可供使用(雖然有點不放心衛生度的狀況)，還使用上還算方便。
