楽しみにしていた旅行でしたが、残念な点が多くありました。 【掲載情報との相違】 「敷地外駐車場あり」との記載を見て予約しましたが、チェックイン前日に問い合わせて初めて、施設管理の駐車場ではなく近隣のコインパーキングのことだとわかりました。近いといえば近いのですが、徒歩約3分で荷物を持っての移動は不便でした。天気が良かったのでまだよかったものの、雨の日だったら最悪だったと思います。問い合わせなければ知ることもできなかった情報で、予約前に正確に明示してほしかったです。Netflixも利用不可、カミソリ・スリッパの記載がありましたがどちらも備え付けなし、防音仕様との記載がありましたが多少音が気になりました。 【設備・清潔面】 室内時計は電池切れ、洗濯機の乾燥機能はエラーで使用不可、ワイヤーハンガーはコーティングが剥がれた状態、冷凍庫に前の宿泊者のアイスが残っていました。ベッド側の壁紙は破れており、トイレ・浴室・室内にカビ臭さがありました。 【対応について】 クレームに対するスタッフの対応は丁寧でした。 掲載情報の正確さと、施設の管理・清掃面での改善を強く望みます。

記載されている情報と違った部分があり詐欺にあった気分でした。情報が違う事で旅行のために使おうと思っていた金額を超えてしまいました。せっかく下調べしてお金も計算して節約していたのに無駄なお金を払う事になってしまって2度と泊まりたくないです。 オーナーの対応も遅く然るべき措置を行なってもらえず気分を害されました。また、ホコリもすごく非常に不衛生でした。コンセントも使えずもう最悪です。 布団の毛玉もすごく全体的に良くなかったです。

ベットには髪の毛が複数あり、床やトイレは埃だらけでした。 選択洗剤も空の状態で、前の人のゴミもそのまま。 隣の部屋の声も筒抜けでした。 鍋の底は錆びていて、フライパンは油だらけでした。 今まで泊まった宿の中でダントツ最下位です。二度と行きませんし、絶対お勧めしません。

国際通りからタクシーで2メーター程度なので意外と近い。(タクシーには古島駅のユニオンと指定すると分かり易いです、少し歩いて階段昇り降りありますが) ユニオンは24時間営業(現金のみ)なので使い勝手良いです。コインランドリー(乾燥機豊富)も併設していて駐車場も2時間無料なので乾燥だけする時も便利です。 レンタカーの方は近くのコインパーキング(アップル)が使い勝手良いですが、数時間でMAX金額(700円)になるので短時間止めて…の場合は別のコインパーキングを探した方が良いかと思います。 夜に飲み食べは数件遅くまで営業しているお店ありますので便利だと思います。
