Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again.

This is the only hotel we've stayed at while on this long trip where the reception desk is on the 13th floor while the guest rooms are below in this high rise building. It was confusing at times.

中洲川端站 4號出口對面已是酒店。接待處在13樓。可以免費取牙膏、牙刷、棉花棒、梳、剃鬚刀、咖啡包、茶包等。亦有咖啡機免費享用。有行李磅。 入住三晚，沒有清潔房間服務，但每日都會有新的毛巾及樽裝水提供。14樓有浴場，不算很大。 酒店有接口連接family mart，酒店對面亦有7-11、donki。附近應屬於紅燈區，周未夜晚很多人，早上就比較寧靜。 步行前往運河城/天神大約10-15分鐘。
