アップグレードが必要な古いホテルです。朝食ルームの整理整頓が非常に悪く、混んでいる時は居心地が悪かった。テーブルと椅子が多すぎて、動物園のようだった。スタッフの清掃も行き届いていなかった。私の部屋のエアコンはとても弱く、そのことを言うとスタッフはこれがベストだと言った。同じ値段なら、駅に近い浜松エリアにもっと良いホテルがあります。

駅から徒歩5分ほどと近く利用しやすかった。大浴場があり、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入れるのは良かった。女性は防犯のためにフロントで鍵の貸出あり。コーヒーサービスがあったのは嬉しかった。 朝食はまずまず。

朝食が最高に美味しかった

大浴場は屋上のテント作りの為、寒い時はキツイ感じです。しかしお湯の温度は良かったです。 朝食が最高に美味しくて、お祭りで特別メニューだったのか？しめじご飯もあって本当に心がこもったメニューで美味しいかったです。 食堂のスタッフさんもキビキビ動かれていて、とても気持ちよかったです。 駐車場もゼロ円ですし、ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも美味しかったです。 またお世話になりたいと思います

・部屋は清潔で心地良かった ・部屋（部屋の階数？）にも依るかもしれないが、ネットが全くつながらない。一晩中、待っても、全くつながらず、非常に不便。 ・周囲にはコンビニが徒歩15分程度の場所にあるが、レストラン等は皆無。チェックインの前に、駅で食事は済ませました。

施設がとても古い印象。 部屋に入ってからずーっとトイレの水がチョロチョロと流れる音がし続けていたのがとても気になりました。 大浴場に入るときの鍵をフロントに取りに行く、返す、というのがなかなか不便でした。他のルートインでは暗証番号で入れるので、そのようにしてもらえるとありがたいです。 スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったです。
