The area around the Baron Hotel was great. Very close to Dupont Circle and the Metro. The staff at the Baron was outstanding and the room was comfortable and clean.

Interesting place. Staff was nice. Elevator fits 1-2 people max and is difficult (take the stairs). Location is perfect. There was a roach on the floor so they definitely need to treat for bugs. Water takes a while to get hot. The place is OLD which is a great appeal but needs little TLC. I would 100% stay here again !

Good value hotel. Yes, it is rather dated but the bed was comfortable, shower hot and the room clean. We found the area safe to walk in, several good dining options nearby and subway station 5 mins walk. Comedy club downstairs did not cause any noise issues on floor 3.
