It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

The staff were extremely unhelpful and facilities stated on their website were not available, for example laundry services. Throughout our stay of 9 nights, housekeeping was only done once. Toilet was extremely smelly as well.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

We waren hier met een gezin van 4 , de bedden waren prima. De receptionist was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat we minder fijn vonden waren de haren op de vloer van de vorige gasten en op de site wordt gesproken over een ontbijt buffet, maar dat is hier helemaal niet.

Gracias al C&H por todo, la atención de todos excelentes, sobre todo de Fer. El cuarto muy bien y quizás la única "queja" es que tenía vecinos de cuarto muy gritones. Está muy cerca de una avenida principal y accesible a diversos medios de transporte.
