it was dirty and junk everywhere, cracked dishes and not enough pots to cook, it took 6 days to get us towels. customer service were not responding to our messages.

The air conditioning didn’t work and the maintenance guy came, but said he needed to get approval to buy batteries for the unit. He never came back! There was mold in one of the bathrooms. No washing pods for the clothes washer. No dishwasher. Was promised that they would brings fans that never came. Wi-Fi was weak and didn’t reach the bedrooms. No elevator and the unit was on the second floor. Would not stay there again, nor in any unit managed by Homing. Be warned!
