Fantastic stay

Beautiful old building as well as the decor. We had breakfast in the loveliest room while listening to live piano and violin music. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic.

Everything great

Hotel with a plenty of charms. Warm welcome, rich breakfast, nice decorations. We enjoyed the spa, wine cave, garden...everything was great. Id like to be back there soon!!

This hotel offered a very unique experience - a refurbished palace from 1800!! how fabulous. there were welcome/anytime drinks at the bar with custard tarts, wine tasting with a great outside lounge area, intimate spa facilities and a great breakfast with hot and cold selections including a great selection of fresh baked pastries. the staff were soooo friendly and helpful. The ONLY negative to be aware of is if you get a room facing the street it may prove to be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

We had the most amazing stay. Not only is the property beautiful and has nice amenities, including free wine tasting and spa. The staff is also very kind and attentive. We have a new favorite place in Lisbon :)

The unique architecture, having been a palace before a hotel, makes this accommodation very charming. The entire staff was very nice and very helpful. We highly recommend this location. No negative comments.

The property is exceptional in many ways - tea services, wine & cheese services, private sitting rooms & gardens, exceptional breakfast service, roman bath & spa among many! The room we stayed in (2nd Floor, Room 4) may have had a mold issue (crumbling paint above the bed and bath area). We woke with sore throats and coughing - possibly attributed to lack of filter changes or mold.

Most Magical Hotel in Lisbon!

The most magical hotel I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world! Absolutely every detail has been well thought out, and executed to perfection. It felt like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts and amenities one would expect of a beautiful hotel in the year 2025. I can’t recommend it enough!

It was so beautiful! So many living areas to relax in, a lovely courtyard, complimentary cheese platters set out every day in the wine cellar, lovely live fado music every day, lovely breakfasts, helpful and pleasant staff, and convenient to many points of interest.

A "palace" in Lisbon

Just a great hotel in central Lisbon. The hotel deserves the "Palacio" in its name. It looks and works like a palace. If we go back to Lisbon for another vacation we will be sure to use this hotel

Historic Lisbon

Fantastic historic hotel in a great location in Lisbon. Our room was unique and comfortable. The hospitality was amazing. We did the Fado dinner at the hotel which I highly recommend. Also, the breakfasts are not to be missed - live classical music with a variety of options. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we return to Lisbon!

Stunning decor, great location and excellent customer service. Allan at front desk was outstanding! We arrived shortly before the spa was closing but he ushered us there so we could enjoy it as we were only there one night. We were also greeted with welcome wine and a cheese and olive board. Those details are so appreciated. Our room was quiet, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!
