The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, though it’s a bit older and needs some TLC. However, the staff are incredibly helpful and make up for any minor issues.

The airport shuttle was great. Wonderful suite and stay. For someone who doesn't live in a city the traffic was noisy, but the hotel itself was quiet. Beautiful park to walk to within a couple of minutes.

Room was tired, door falling off cupboard for fridge which was minute. We were travelling, leaving early to fly so microwave in room would have been nice. Great bar but drinks were incredibly expensive compared to anywhere else in the Algarve. Good shuttle service but you need to book ahead.

amazing location if you want something close to airport, train station, football stadium and still have some history. There’s a very cool city museum 5min walking distance, super fun to check out, hotel offers free shuttle to airport. We loved our stay there!

Rooms were a little shabby but you cannot beat the convenience of location for a nights stay before an early flight. Advertised bus to airport has limited seating availability so we ended up having to taxi/Uber to the airport. Disappointing as the bus service was a contender for choosing this hotel. Room service food good even though what we received was not what we ordered but since it took a while to arrive we just ate it anyway!

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was delicious with great service. The shuttle wasn't available early in the morning but it's a short Uber ride so very easy airport access.

We did not use any of the extra amenities such as the dining room or breakfast. The breakfast buffet was too pricey at 18€ pp and no à la carte. But we did use room service for a pizza dinner which was reasonably priced! The only complaint I have was the bed size. We asked for at least a queen but got a double, and we were too tired to switch it, so just dealt with it.
