We had a wonderful stay at the Portman Ritz-Carlton. The location was convenient and all the staff were attentive to detail and very welcoming. The buffet selection was wonderful and we were able to try something new every day of our week-long stay. We were travelling to celebrate a large birthday and the team very kindly arranged some room decorations and a lovely cake, thank you! We can't speak highly enough of our experience and will definitely be back.

Right in the downtown area of PuXi. Location is perfect! The room seems a little outdated but still very clean. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection from Chinese to western options.
