Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The apartment had dead bugs and bees on the windows / fireplace, the cooker didn’t work with the pans which they provided (induction cooker) so I didn’t have a cooker for 3 days, they said they had a washing machine / tumble dryer - they didn’t. I don’t drive and had to carry my clothes to a launderette whilst pregnant, staff were unhelpful and not apologetic nor very friendly. Promised a partial refund, still waiting on a reply from 3 emails I’ve sent to chase up, wouldn’t book with them again.
