Good value for money

Older style hotel however the location is good, mid way between Sapporo Station and Odori Park, both walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby which made it very convenient especially when it was snowing!

There's a reason why it's hard to make a reservation, the attitude of the hotel staff is different from that of other hotels on Sapporo

The hotel is located near Sapporo station. Second time staying here. It is the pick up for the Niseko bus, and waling distance to the Rusutsu bus. There are family marts and lawsons within walking dsistance (across the street). Room was sufficient and will stay here again.

Mediocre facilities

A bit distant from popular town centre, particularly during winter ice festival that it took 2 to 3 bus stops to get there. Walking around in Jan to Feb (snowing) would be potentially risky for kids and elderly (not recommended strongly). Mediocre facilities commensurate with name of being an 'inn' and not a hotel. No shopping arcades or department stroes in vicinity and relatively expensive room charges during ice festival.

2階のある部屋に宿泊。思った以上に広く、ゆったり過ごせました。トイレも二つあり、簡易キッチンもあるので長期で泊まってみたいお部屋でした。 コンビニ、飲食店街、駅も近いので観光に便利でした。
