I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This year, bearing in mind its winter, the COLD air conditioning was on and l had to use 2 duvets to keep warm at night. I was informed a new system had been installed and they could not alter timer. Each traveller has their own sense of comfort surely each room should be able to control individually.

Dårlig luft. Hvis du vil åpne vinduet må de tykke gardinene enten trekkes helt for og ingen luft kommer inn, eller du kan la gardiner være fratrukket og akseptere innsyn. Skitne og flekkete gardiner. Savner også enkelt utstyr som tannglass og vannkoker for å trekke en kopp te eller kaffe.
