We loved our stay at Martine Inn. It’s just a short, beautiful walk to Monterey Bay Aquarium, which made the location perfect. The property itself feels like stepping back in time, in the best way. Both the house and garden are stunning, full of charm and quiet beauty. Breakfast was such a treat, especially looking out over the ocean. We felt completely spoiled the entire time. A truly special place we’d happily return to.

This is an exceptionally charming B/B. The views from the front parlors are breathtaking-we saw a number of sea otters and even a couple of sea lions. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach! About a half mile from the Monterey Bay aquarium. The daily breakfasts: outstanding. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff all around! Great breakfast included with a fantastic view. Each room is unique so don't count on an ocean view. No A/C or ceiling fans in room; can get warm during the day. Walking distance to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. On a hill so steps are involved / maybe not good for people with mobility issues. Overall great little Inn!

Excellent location, within walking distance of the aquarium along a beautiful shore path. Beautiful central courtyard garden, unbelievable view from breakfast, which was quite good. Rooms are decorated with antiques which made it slightly crowded.

Excellent breakfast - artichoke eggs Benedict was fantastic- and there are options if you prefer lighter breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful and great communication! Highly recommend Martine Inn!
