The apartment was very central in Melbourne CBD and was walking distance to all malls and other places of interest. Overall very nice apartment and instructions from manager was very concise and easy to understand. Would definitely use this service and stay here again next time I am in Melbourne

We had an amazing stay with a beautiful city view. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks, which was absolutely incredible. KozyGuru provided efficient and responsive service—when the ironing board was missing and the vacuum wasn’t working, they sent replacements the very next day. We really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent, close to Melbourne Central, great cafés, and public transport.
