We arrived and the AC was not working properly. Long wait at mornings to go down for breakfast because they only have 2 small elevators for 200 rooms. Food at Fornaia restaurant is good but you will have to wait between 30-45 min to receive your order after confirming it.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner kept shutting off. Our room was very hot all the time. The elevators were always crowded, and the customer service was not very helpful. The food was okay. For the price they charge, the service should be much better.

Hotel com excelente localização, excelente serviço, excelente restaurante. Equipe muito comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Destaque para Elisangela, Valdemir e Javier que foram extremamente atenciosos durante a estadia. O único ponto negativo é o serviço de manobrista terceirizado, pois deixam apenas uma pessoa responsável por levar e buscar os carros gerando insatisfação dos hóspedes.

Hotel passou por reforma há alguns anos e foi perfeita. O quarto Ocean, frente ao mar é de tirar o fôlego; moderno, confortavel, moveis de bom gosto, banheiro maravilhoso. Localização sensacional, perto de tudo na beira mar.. Ponto a melhorar diz respeito ao check-in; muito lento e apesar de ter feito on line para facilitar, demorou demais...Cafe da manhã maravilhoso mas o espaço é muito pequeno para o volume de hóspedes e muita gente ficou em pé aguardando mesa..No mais voltaria com certeza...
