Em meio a natureza, vista muito bonita. Muitas escadas para acessar o quarto, acessibilidade difícil com criança e mala. Café da manhã simples. Toalhas trocadas apenas a cada 3 dias. Próximo à cachoeira, vista belíssima mas leve repelente de insetos. Tivemos um problema com alagamento no centro da cidade e foram muito prestativos em nos acolher em outra pousada por uma noite.

Ao chegar fomos recepcionados, porém com atendimento básico, depois o banheiro do quarto não era o.mesmo da foto do que escolhemos, é um quarto básico, senti falta de um espelho para se arrumar tinha so.um pequeno no banheiro que so dava p ver o rosto, tb senti falta de local p guardar roupa ou um cabideiro, o ar condicionado foi.o que mais nos agradou no quarto. O espaço externo é bem gostoso bem natureza, o cafe da manhã é bom.

Pousada limpa e boa para quem gosta de estar no meio da natureza. Cachoeira em frente aos quartos. Não tinha mesa de cabeceira e nenhuma cadeira no quarto . A sorte que eramos 4 pessoaas em um quarto com 5 camas - usamos 1 cama para colocar todos os nossos pertences. As toalhas de banho eram muito finas e trocadas apenas a cada 3 dias . Atendentes muito educadas.

Logo quando cheguei tive que aguardar na porta pois parecia que não estava aguardando hospedes, no quarto estava sem toalha, faltava uma lampada, além de que a TV não funcionava e o ar toda hora parava, os funcionarios foram bem educados, porem não foi a estadia que imaginei, fiquei bem frustada afinal o lugar é compeltamente lindo, eu não retornaria e nem indicaria para ninguem ir, o que é uma pena pois tinha tudo paraser ótimo.

Infelizmente tivemos alguns acontecimentos desagradáveis. No primeiro dia, devido ter faltado água anteriormente à nossa chegada, tivemos que aguardar a limpeza da suite e conclusão de secagem de toalhas. E devido a forte chuva, deu goteiras na suite que começou a molhar roupas e também o chão. O café da manhã foi ótimo, assim como também os funcionários prestativos. A natureza é linda nos espaços da pousada.

Passamos 4 dias na pousada. Uma pousada muito gostosa. O barulho da cachoeira é ótimo para quem quer relaxar. Porém, nesses quatro dias, não foram limpar nenhuma vez o quarto e o banheiro. Toalhas foram trocadas uma única vez após pedirmos. A acessibilidade é ruim, para deficientes não indico a pousada. Não esquecer repelente é fundamental.
