Not a management company you want to deal with

Had we known this was managed by StayBeyond we wouldn’t have booked having had trouble with them before. Flat is nice but Klevio app is bugged and freezes. Left us stranded outside at 1am with no way to enter. On the day of checkin you are asked to provide selfies of all guests holding ID and a surprise 300 pound deposit. Not a pleasant experience. Avoid
