If you pay attention to the hotel’s driving instructions, everything else will be 5 star. All of the staff is very accommodating to your every need. The rooms are European elegance with totally updated amenities. Breakfast buffet is fresh and hot with ample selections. Location is in the heart of beautiful Siena.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the centre of Siena. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful, room was lovely with view of the square, comfortable bed and good amenities. It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms overlooking the street are a bit noisy from people passing by below (not the hotel’s fault) so I recommend earplugs for light sleepers.

This is for sure the best Hotel in Siena. It's well worth it. The location is impeccable, the staff is great, the breakfast really good and the rooms are lovely. I really enjoyed our stay there. Will certainly stay there again.

Not real easy to get to but drivers know how to get within 50 feet The hotel is right on the main walking street so can get noisy if the college age students are out Walking to anything in the city is fast and is worth a visit as there are plenty of nice restaurants. 1-2 day stay place Front desk helpful and don’t miss the breakfast buffet

Good: The rooms are stunning, had the suite and it exceeded expectations, high ceilings and loads of wow factor, just something you don’t see everyday. The location was perfect. Front desk staff were lovely, bell boy was fantastic. Bad; Restaurant was really average had to send food back, couldn’t find staff when we needed to order something. Friend put in a small bag of laundry to get done at a ridiculously overcharged rate, with the hotel, they mixed all the dark colours and everything came back ruined, socks were missing. The staff did a terrible job dealing with it. Overall, this hotel has so much opportunity, it’s really unique, in a great location with some stunning features but the service, food and some of the tacky, tired sections of the hotel need some refurbishment and love to restore to its glory. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

This is a 5+ star facility. Our room was outrageous with frescos and paintings on the walls and ceiling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests and provide a history of the property. Our room had 1.5 bathrooms and the breakfast had an excellent choice of items.

It was impossible to find this hotel . The street given to us in google maps was closed to cars . We drove around for two hours trying to find this place.streets are poorly marked. Few spoke English. My wife was in tears!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is spacious, nice and clean, as you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel personnel is highly professional. You won’t find a better place to have breakfast than at the hotel.
