“Great stay in New York! The hotel has an excellent location, very clean rooms, and comfortable accommodations. Everything was convenient and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”
It was a nice hotel, clean and staff were very helpful. The rooftop bar was pretty and a nice place to hangout. Only problem I encountered was the AC in the room. It was pretty warm throughout the night.
Great location that is easily walkable to many destinations. Breakfast gets seriously crazy with so many people! The room was clean and comfortable.

Under interior construction on lobby floor which was a little inconvenient and loud at times. Elevator system was terribly slow during peak check-in hours. Excellent hotel, excellent free breakfast, clean modern rooms. Will definitely stay again once construction is complete.
The hotel is at a great location. The amenities are great. The food at the morning buffet is very good. However, the room was super small. Smaller than a cruise ship. Suggest you adopt some of their space saving tactics. Make the bed raised so suitcases can fit underneath.
Their remodel was ongoing in the lobby. The lobby was well organized
Centrally located with easy access to Times Square. The king room was incredibly small (there was only about 30" between the side of the bed and the walls; had the room been bigger, I would have given this 5 stars!). Limited storage. Felt more like a cruise ship cabin than a hotel room. Perfect for 1, tight for 2. Despite its tiny size, the bedding was comfortable, room was clean and it was easy getting to Broadway shows, Times Square, restaurants, subways and cabs.
The room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. The elevators get very cramped and take a long time to come in the mornings. The room was small, but good location. Breakfast is a hit or miss, but packed if you go around 9. The bed sheets had multiple blood stains.

The elevators were a hot mess! The staff was very helpful. Construction and therefore for some reason constant fire alarm sound ringing throughout the day. Very good breakfast
Our room was a high floor corner king and was small but for Times Square rooms it was nice. Window opened for fresh air . Our room had a double door for security and was super quiet. Parking was a breeze we pulled up and checked in the front desk handled the rest. Parking is 85$ per night but so worth it compared to parking down the street in a garage. Would highly recommend huge breakfast buffet included with stay.
Everything went well. We checked in and the staff was very friendly. The room was small but enough for a couple staying 5 nights. It's clean, comfy bed and new appliances in the room. Breakfast can be very busy, and after reading the previous reviews we decided to wake up early to have breakfast of which was very goods. At 7am it was busier than 6:30, but we didn't mind an early day as we were out to enjoy the day without the crowd. Location was perfect, close to everything and good public transport links. Nice rooftop. I'd definitely stay again.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the only room noise was the air conditioner. That was "white noise," so it was easy to sleep through. What I could not hear at all was the 24 hour noise of Times Square, which was great!
During the day the hotel lobby and public areas were filled with construction, which was inconvenient and unsightly, but not impossible. All staff, including the construction workers, were very helpful, friendly, and courteous.
My only BIG complaint: the downstairs public bathroom. It smelled, was hot, and the trash was overflowing. You did not want to breathe while you were in it.
The breakfast was great, plenty of selections to choose from.
There were plenty of towels, hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly at the front desk and breakfast area.
We’ve stayed at this location at least 4 times and this was the smallest room we’ve stayed in. Some of our other concerns were the hair conditioner bottle was empty, the AC was extremely noisy which has never happened before. The refrigerator wouldn’t stay on as it had some sort of energy efficient control. In order to get to our room we had to open 2 doors. One was unlocked and the other was locked . The space between the doors was very small making it difficult to get our luggage in the locked door. It was very strange and hope we don’t have to stay in that type of room again.
