We were given an ‘accessible’ double room with a bunk over the top. When we entered the room there was a powerful smell of sick and cleaning fluid but the room was in no way clean. We wanted budget and got what we paid for - but won’t be coming back.

Too outdated at all level: From the thermostat of the room to the mattress. Also, your staff is not necessarily nice, a smile would go a long way!

Was traveling alone on business. Bed shower was all I needed and that is all I got. Little noise in the evening, TV did not work otherwise it was a bed and a shower. staff was cool, but I found a cockroach on my bed…. Changed rooms and upgraded, although we had to move in the morning to a different room was very inconvenient.
