Ocean view room has a great view of the ocean from the side. Street can get noisy and our room can hear it. Great location and amenities. I would suggest they replace the carpets.

Staff was awesome. Room was gross. Severe cleanliness issues. Carpets needed shampooed sheets had blood stains on them, greasy finger prints left by previous guest all over sliding door- trash from prior guest under dresser.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Multiple families, including ours, had to complain throughout the night due to excessive noise in the hallways. The disturbances went on for hours every night. Beach full of sargassum. Life guards wouldn't allow us to swim or even wade in the water most days due to concerns with waves. Room was clean and was attended to daily. There was construction noose throughoit the day but we were not informed about it. Breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had, so opt out if possible.
