"The upgraded room was not an upgrade at all. The room had mold, the shower didn't drain, the floors had so much build up from never being swept or mopped, the headboard had oil from the last persons hair and when I called the front desk they were rude and told me if I switch rooms and I don't like ..."

"Was a very enjoyable stay room was great everything about the hotel was pretty great except for the scary elevators if you're not used to that it's a little unnerving at least to say but you'll get through it I would probably say the hotel is not probably good for somebody that's not good with heights ..."
