The hotel was exceptional. The airport is the next island so plane noise was constant, but didn’t really bother us. The beach water is clear but not swimming depth Perfect for kayak because water is so calm.

This was our trip to the Maldives and our first time at Lily's. Traveling during the low season helped us avoid the crowds and high prices. The Sunset water villa, which comes with a personal butler, is highly recommended. Our butler, Mussey, took care of all our needs. While our stay wasn't perfect, Mussey resolved all issues efficiently and swiftly. Despite being one of the older properties in the Maldives, Lily's maintains its rooms and grounds very well. With over six decades combined in the hospitality industry, my wife and I can be quite critical about accommodations and service standards. We'll return to collect our special memories scattered throughout the resort and island.

Everything was amazing. The best Dive center in Maldives with amazing instructors. You feel safe. Restaurant staff especially Rigan was amazing nice touch with a table on the last day

Amazing! Beautiful rooms, fantastic food, great staff… one of the best dive outfits I’ve been with… the whole experience was just fabulous and will certainly go back. Highly recommend to everyone I have spoken to since staying there.

Stayed 6 nights at the Machchafushi resort. An amazing experience overall. Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay and food. The room was spotless and the minibar daily replenished. Siva and Shafiq at the bar made some excellent mocktails and Yuvi explained everything to us on arrival. Credits to Nasru from house keeping . An overall great experience. Very unique given we had never stayed before on an over the water villa.
