The room was mostly good. The bathroom being completely transparent can be a problem if you want privacy from other people travelling with you. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged.
The receptionist was friendly but forgot to give instructions for the breakfast so I was trying to find it for some time until I found someone to ask, and the breakfast is in a completely separate building a block or two away. By the time I got there it was mostly finished and the options were pretty limited.
If all you need is a good bed for the night with wifi, it's fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a pool and a small gym. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a room with window, on level 6.

The staffs’ attitude was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Central location so all attractions are within walking distance. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay in Hanoi.
