Location was great. Bathroom shower did not drain properly even after putting in two repair requests. Mold throughout shower tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Something was wrong with the internet connection for the television. It kept buffering and resetting. There were NO USB charging ports in the room. Concierge and staff were exceptional.

Hotel staff were warm and welcoming breakfast was amazing
Service at breakfast was 5 star and they were so helpful with suggestions of places to go and how to get there
The pool and gym were top notch cannot fault this hotel would highly recommend

Room smelled musty. Chair in the room was horribly uncomfortable, and not enough towels provided. Food in the restaurant was expensive for what it is; though I suppose that's the airport premium. It serves its purpose as an airport hotel, but I wouldn't rush back.
