Have stayed at the Sheraton Grand Taipei many times and have always been impressed. This time it seemed in need of a lift/upgrade. The generic remote for tv was particularly frustrating as it would not maintain sync and seemed an unnecessary frustrated you just wanted to relax with a movie. I agree with removing one-off non sustainable plastics, however there needs to be better amenities. The team was always helpful.

The spa, pool and gym center is closed, I wanted to watch Netflix at night, the tech guy didn't know how to configure from their program menu, most of play ground or house are under maintenance, except the fish pond is vivid.
