9.4/10 Exceptional! (912 reviews)
The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young lady i think her name is either Maria or Angelina I’m not positive, in the 2pm until 9pm Concierge dining room on the 8th floor are the cutest & nicest tag team couple of guys who were so much fun to get to know. They were funny, entertaining & a pleasure to take of us. And Miss Jimena at the front desk in the lobby checkin desk was very professional & fun. The Concierge gentleman in the lobby was great as well. Great staff at your hotel.
