STAY HERE!!!! I cannot say enough amazing things! The room was beautiful and the location was fabulous! But what really set this hotel above all was the INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!! Their kindness and thoroughness was beyond belief. From planning perfect day trips to amazing meals and even helping with some unexpected incidents, they were amazing! They even memorized my daily morning coffee order!

Breakfast and dinner are superb, every dish on the menu was amazing. Stunning views from the villa and main pool.
Service is outstanding, staff is very attentive and address guests by their names.
As others noted the rooms look a bit old and requires renovation. For example, the aircon in the villa is very loud.
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment.

Excellent property and exceptional villas with great decor , private pool and service.
Only downside, restaurant and spa way overpriced. 1M IDR for 1 hour food massage or 560k IDR for a curry in Bali is taking advantage.. too bad.

Amazing property, nice service, great fresh food. Enthusiastic and polite staff, always ready to go an extra mile to assist.
Rooms were fantastic, clean and had all facilities.
Nicely done property and looks owners just designed it keeping everything in mind.
Will definitely advice all to go there and surely in next trip to Bali, will surely stay there for full duration.
My wife still regretting why we only stayed for only 2 nights there.
