Nice way to end off our Jeju trip. Nice staff. You have to pay for roof top pool. Water wasn't that warm unfortunately. You also have to pay for a compulsory swimming cap so if you have one, bring it. Breakfast was varied and nice. Nice room. Bus stops to the airport nearby.

We had a wonderful and relaxing family vacation. The pension was beautiful, and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

We stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was good with some minor issues (coffee from automated espresso machine was not quite hot enough), but the servers were excellent! There was an ocean view from the top floor breakfast dining room. It would have been helpful if they had a washer & dryer on site but we knew they didn't when we make the reservation. One reception staff on the day of arrival was neither friendly nor helpful when asking for directions to a self-service laundromat outside of hotel. The hotel definitely needs some renovation. Towels had moldy smell probably due to the wash machine they or supplier used. Lobby furniture and rooms finishes looked a little shabby. We would probably stay again. Hopefully after some renovation though.

I want to add that I’m African British female that traveled with my sis! The food was amazing I’m reconsidering staying there again just for their room service 😩 really nice area very peaceful and the hotel is gorgeous and felt well looked after by all the staff! Well worth every penny!!

Requested a room view of the tower and was granted it for our entire stay. If you can get the view of Namsan Tower it is worth it, the room had a lot of great amenities. A quick tip, if you want faster internet connection, plug in via ethernet in the room, the WiFi is much much slower than the ethernet connection.

Breakfast spread could have been better..

I didn't like the bathtub door. I just could block the half of the bathtub. So, the water dropped down the floor during the shower.

Most pleasant staff!! Location was great to shopping and restaurants
