The staff from the front desk to the doorman to the servers and hostess in the sky lounge, the staff was amazing, kind and considerate. The breakfast was always very and delicious offering both Eastern and western style foods. The rooms were immaculate, and the cleaning staff were incredibly attentive and the air-conditioning could be adjusted to make the room feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City to book a room at this amazing hotel.

Very good location in D1, staff were very helpful and friendly. We found a cockroach in our room which wasn’t ideal. There was only lift for the hotel which was a bit inconvenient at times.

Would stay here again! The staff was wonderful and breakfast was amazing with so much variety. Pool looked beautiful at night and so much room to sit and lay about. A+ for the spa as well! The thing I would improve was the ac which was working off and on however they did provide an apology letter which the explained that maintainance was underway. This was our favorite stay in Vietnm and we stayed at 3 hotels.
