South Korea Spa Holidays

The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing was the room was too hot for us. Housekeeping said we could not use the AC and to just open the windows, and we did. It was about 3°C outside but the room stayed hot throughout the night. We did not get a restful sleep as we got sweaty.

I stayed the second time in Pacific Hotel. The location is great! And all the staff is friendly, and the room and bed are comfy, really clean and bigger than other Myeongdong hotels. This hotel makes me happy experiences in the South Korea. I will stay this hotel again next year. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were truly outstanding. Every interaction felt professional, polished, and genuinely empathic. Their attentiveness made the experience especially memorable and set a very high standard for hospitality. The room itself (1866) was beautiful and very comfortable. I did notice a couple of minor maintenance details that would benefit from attention… grout repair, loose carpet. These are small details, but addressing them would help ensure the room fully reflects the otherwise excellent quality of the hotel. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional service from the team.

Nice staffs, clean and working distance restaurants

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were always clean. If we ever needed a taxi, they quickly call one and was there within minutes. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. There was no language barrier either.

Good overall stay. Great staff. Small things need attention (sink turns off loudly, bathroom door closes loudly, a plastic covering in shower fell twice in two nights waking us up). Otherwise good stay

Like all the other reviews I have to agree the shower pressure was amazing! Easy to find and get to from Seoul station. A great pit spot for the next day KTX train! Will def stay again.
