"We checked into the Suite on 25th of June. The place was nice and clean, We had a lovely stay the only nag is the lifts but when you are fully occupied the lifts will take time. Floor 47 was amazing as it has the rooftop outdoor swimming pool and we loved it. Thanks"

"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Easy access from KLIA when taking Express train. Walking distance from KL Sentral station and NU Sentral shopping mall adjoining to the hotel. Hotel provide luggage storage after checking out as my flight is at night. Hotel also provide gym toilet access to refresh ourselves before heading to KLIA. Great service! Staff are very friendly and accomodative. I am a return guest and will stay here whenever I am taking flight to KL for short trips."
