Quay Market is undergoing renovations (again, always?) which makes for a poor experience. Very high parking prices. That said, many (not all) staff very friendly and accommodating, extremely comfortable bed and nice in-room amenities. Still, not really worth the price. Sorry."

We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."
