"This is an absolutely amazing property and Vanessa was a lovely host. It is situated on a vineyard, surrounded by mountain views and beautiful landscaping. "What a great find for us! This place is so charming! We wish we had booked for longer. The parking is a little tight as European cars have gotten larger over time, but it’s safe and gated. The staff was extremely welcoming and was able to get us a dinner reservation at the last minute. We weren’t here long, but the pool looked inviting and every room was clean and comfortable. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"Good news: the property and surrounding setting is beautiful. Your accommodation is a small apartment rather than a hotel room. The bedroom is separate. If, like us, you wanted to visit several spots in western Provence without changing rooms, this did serve us well. But be aware that everyplace from Aix-en-Provence to Avignon is 30 to 50 km away.
