"The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed. We were stranded for a long time until we got a hold of someone at the nearby convenience store to call someone. Our hotel room toilet couldn't flush properly (plugged). On...

"The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. The main issues we had were that there did not seem to be a way to do laundry and the kitchenette was not well stocked (as in it didn't have any cookware, utensils or plates). They gave us dishes when we asked for them, but told us we couldn't use the frying pan...which made cooking difficult. So we basically used just the hot water pot and microwave for cooking.
