Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ocean view was amazing. Close to bus stop, but quite far (not walkable) to any nearby cities or larger centres. However there is a BBQ spot about 200m away that was fantastic and a swimming spot in a creek about 10 min walk away that was also great. Bathroom was a bit musty but otherwise the room was good for what we paid.

View to the ocean is awesome. Garden was nice but a lot of Mosquitos. Kitchen was without equipment but we could get what we need from the personal. Kitchen range hood (ventilation) was broken. Got the smell of the rooms downstairs into our kitchen through the same ventilation duct. Got additional thin matress for the kids to sleep on the floor. Fresh SMALL towels every day. Water every day. No cleaning the room during our stay. Bed broke while sleeping - was of poor quality.

올레요리조트 숙소

공항에서 1시간거리인 서귀포 위치가있지만 건물에 직접 운영하시는 식당도있고 주변에 올레길7코스있어서 짐 풀고 걸어보는것도 좋았습니다. 특히 차를 이용하니 근처에 중문관광단지, 맛집도 많았어요. 5분내외로 족발집 그리고 횟집 그리고 흑돼지집 음식 맛있습니다. 단지 아쉽다면 숙소 경치는 좋은데 창문이 높게 자리하고있어서 건조하고 습해도 환기가 힘들었어요. 그렇다고 입구를 열수도없고요. 경관과 주차는 편했어요. 방도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고요.

Nice hotel overall.

The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. The main issues we had were that there did not seem to be a way to do laundry and the kitchenette was not well stocked (as in it didn't have any cookware, utensils or plates). They gave us dishes when we asked for them, but told us we couldn't use the frying pan...which made cooking difficult. So we basically used just the hot water pot and microwave for cooking. The restaurant and cafe did not ever seem to be open in the hotel, but other restaurants were not too far away. Still it was a lovely hotel and the room was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

시설 정비든 청소든 좀 신경 쓰시면 좋겠어요.

후기 안 적는 데 정말 너무 어이가 없어서 씁니다. 바다가 보이는 뷰만 그마나 다행이고, 욕조 못 씁니다. 물을 받을 수 없게 잠금마개가 안 됩니다. 그리고 할 생각도 안 드는 욕조였구요. 샤워실은 물비린내가 너무 나서 아이랑 둘 다 씻을 엄두도 못내고 세수만 겨우 하고 나왔습니다. 침대 옆엔 먼지가 굴러 다니구요. 자고 났더니 베개에서 솜이 나와서 머리카락에 붙어 있고 옆방은 11시가 넘어도 쿵쿵 난리를 치고 아주 힘든 밤이 었네요. 아침형 인간들이 아닌데 눈 뜨고 눈꼽만 떼고 나왔어요

올레요리조트 가성비가 훌륭한 좋은 리조트입니다.

제주 남쪽바다가 한눈에 들어오는 뷰가 아름다운 리조트입니다. 호텔스닷컴을 통하여 저렴하게 방2개 거실1 욕실 2개짜리 방을 사용하였습니다. 주변 올레길, 유명관광지 등 가볼만 한 곳이 많습니다. 다만 조식은 운영되지 않았으며 룸에 있는 간이조리대가 말 그대로 작은 조리대여서 요리하기엔 쉽지 않았습니다. 이곳을 이용하실 분들은 나가서 드시는 것을 추천드립니다. 다시 가고 싶네요 제주.

방과 화장실 냄새도없고 침구와 전체다 깨끗함. 조리도구는 일층 체크인시 요청하면 원하는대로 다 챙겨주심. 600번 공항버스 바로앞이라 뚜벅이도 괜찮음. 완전바다뷰 굿. 삼박 있었는데 매일 하우스키핑도 해주심. 가격대비 매우 훌륭

통창 앞 욕조가 좋았으니 침구가 좀 별로에요

바다가보이는 통창 앞에서의 욕조목욕을 엄마해드리고싶어서 예약했습니다 욕조가 깨끗치않아서 전체를 닦느라 좀 힘들었지만 엄마의 만족도가 좋으셔서 잘했다 싶었습니다 그런데 이부자리가...누렇게 변한 얇은 침구라서 잠자리가 편치는 않습니다... 침구말고는 만족스러웠습니다

뷰는 좋지만 청소는 다시 점검하시길

내부 상태는 좋아요 뷰됴 좋구요 다만 아쉬운점은 청소 상태인것 같아요 변기에 머리카락 세면대 구석에 굳어있던 비누 수건은 전혀 없어서 요청했어요 비누는 당연 없구요 .. 준비 상태는 그리 좋지 않네요 뷰는 괜찮고 내부 컨디션도 괜찮은편입니다. 청소 상태는 점검을 해야할것 같네요

저렴하지만 적당합니다.

저렴하지만 시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 3박 동안 청소나 이불의 교환은 없었습니다. 수건과 물을 넣어주는 이상의 서비스는 없습니다. 방에 모기가 있고 방음은 잘 되지 않습니다. 가격을 생각하면 나쁘지 않습니다.

한가지 바라는 점

범섬 부근의 편안한 숙소에서 5박을 머물고 왔습니다. 조금만 나가면 강정마을의 해안가 , 범섬을 바로하는 해안도로를 걷을 수 있기에 좋았습니다. 한가지 바람이 있다면 트렁크를 올려 놓을 수 있는 받침이 있었으면 합니다. 바닥에 놓고 허리를 굽히기가 힘들었던 점이 개선을 바라는 점입니다. 가격대비 좋았습니다.
