"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

"Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks. "
