"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff and excellent rooms! I was staying in a triple room with a balcony, and had a great experience. The room is designed to take advantage of a small space, but my friends and I didn't feel like it was cramped at all. There's also a bakery in the lobby that makes some delicious croissants and other baked goods. My only note would be that the hotel doesn't have many dining options outside and even the closest konbini is a 5 minute walk away....

"Great location to stay in Tokyo. Once we realized that the hotel is directly connected to Shiodome station (don’t even have to go outside), our commute to different areas was a breeze! Mandatory room cleanings every 3 days were nice and hotel was clean overall. We opted out of breakfast buffet since there is a Lawson / 7-11 right near by as well as cafes in the train station for a quick bite. Overall would recommend mostly for the location convenience. "It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."
