"In its time this must have been a beautiful hotel. Now it is in need of some TLC (tender loving care). The bedroom and bathroom were both very large and bright, carpet looked very thin and was stained in parts, but slippers are provided. Air con was only good on main reception & restaurant floor. The hotel was looking a little tired and in need of some tlc, but staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast varied and plentiful. "

"Great location, just behind Pavilions. Walkable to KLCC, Twin Tower via overhead bridge, and 15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang, Jalan alor area. Great security cos the lift card only allow u to access to your room level. Nice bed, good shower, with premiums shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, shower gel provided. Enjoy the pool on level 3. Stictly no smoking within hotel permises. "

" when We only asked where we should go to...

"Not happy with the experience of check in. This is not a hotel, no check in counter, just a random guy in charge of the room. Not a good experience for us. "
