"We went as a family with a 5 year old. Pros - friendly staff, clean, pool open long hours (7am-9pm) and loungers always available. Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. Good AC in the rooms but if you feel warm at night there's only thick duvets, no option of thin covers. Kids club is really relevant for...

"From the check-in process which included a complimentary beverage, to the pool right outside of our room, to the breakfast buffet, everything at this hotel was extraordinary. It's enough off the beaten path that it's not incessantly noisy, but it's also a short walk to the food stands, great restaurants and the beach. When we had difficulty securing a ride to the airport on January 1st, the hotel staff went above and beyond and personally drove us to the airport for the same price as the cab...

"The decor is very unique"

"We had a lovely relaxing week away. Loved the swim out room we had, would be good if they played different songs around the pool areas rather than 5 songs on repeat for hours and some of them were not very appropriate for the setting. Also the gardens could do with some weeding. Very central to the area, easy to get around, across from the beach was nice for a quick swim or view the sunset or a morning stroll."

"We love it here. The pool is great, nice and deep, the views of Kata Beach are spectacular and the breakfast buffet, my goodness, amazing. Help yourself to espresso coffee, croissants, egg station etc. Great. And all 3 minutes walk to Kata tbeach. "

"We found our stay good value for the money we paid. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower reasonably powerful although not always hot but we don’t require that as we prefer cool showers. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest but it was more than sufficient with fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs any style you like as well as the usual European and Thai preferences. We’d stay again so probably cant give a better review than that. "
