"Excellent location. Generally helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent ; plentiful with a good variety of nutritious food. The staff in the e breakfast room were especially attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was on the 4 th floor with no lift and narrow stairs. We are both in our 70’s and no help was offered for our luggage. Because the water in the room was labeled “ non-potable”, it would have been nice to have a bottle of drinking water provided. "

"Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras train and underground stations, easy to just cross Euston Rd and walk up Argyle St. Clean room, plenty of hot water, bed only a double but comfortable. Given key for room 30, extremely small room below street level which smelled strongly of mould. Asked for another room, given key for room 33, also below street level, slightly bigger size, only slight smell of mould. Very narrow stairs to access rooms. Disturbed throughout night by sounds of people somewhere...

"Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks. "

"Spacious room for the 4 of us. Executive lounge was part of the main restaurant. Wasn’t sure at first, but it actually works very well. Seperate area cordoned off with help yourself food, cooked in the restaurant, and beer, wine and soft drinks. Lots of attentive staff as well. Free access to the gym and pool next door, and they were very welcoming of hotel guests. "

"Really pleased with visit. Friendly staff, our room was located at Hotel Thannet next to the the annex. Our room was fine for what we paid. Had tea and coffee, TV, shower gel. The bed was comfy. Handy place to stay
"Hotel reception staff were very welcoming. We asked to change our room as the first one smelt of smoke but this was done very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too - mostly buffet but we requested a vegetarian version from the menu which was nice. Parking was available right outside, a bit expensive but it was good for a central London hotel that there was some. Thank you. "
