"We stayed 2 nights in the French Room prior to biking parts of the GAP and C&O. We loved the privacy of this space and a magnificent breakfast was only a short walk away around the corner. While we drove our vehicle to Harper's Ferry, our bikes stayed safe in the bike garage. "The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The room were spacious and very clean, the beds were so comfortable my husband didn't want to leave :) Colleen at the front desk was so very nice and helpful!
