In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
