"On the first night after a 11 hour flight there was a huge music event taking place on the ground floor that literally shook all items in my 4th floor room and vibrated my brain. I love dance music and normally the louder the better but this was horrific. Front desk apologised and said that it was a once in a year event. Other than that the hotel was great and I’d certainly recommend it and stay there again. Staff were great and the rooms were totally adequate. 👍"

"Perfect location, in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They shipped our luggage to our next destination without a hassle. Rooms are very clean and all basic amenities are available. Beds are comfortable. Free water, coffee and snacks are available. Would definitely recommend. "
